DealBeacon is an SMS-based AI deal hunting service operated by iPal Media LLC. By texting DealBeacon, you agree to these terms.
What DealBeacon Does
DealBeacon searches Amazon, Best Buy, Google Shopping, and other sources on a schedule to find deals matching your requests. When a qualifying deal is found, we send you a text alert with the product, price, and a link to purchase.
Deal Recommendations
Deal alerts are suggestions based on automated price analysis, not guarantees. Prices may change between when we detect a deal and when you click the link. DealBeacon is not responsible for price discrepancies, out-of-stock items, or seller errors. Always verify the current price before purchasing.
Affiliate Disclosure
DealBeacon earns affiliate commissions on purchases made through links we provide. This is how the service stays free. Affiliate relationships do not influence which deals we surface — we surface deals based on price quality, not commission rate.
SMS Communications
By using DealBeacon, you consent to receive SMS messages from us. Message frequency varies based on hunt activity. Standard message and data rates may apply. Text STOP at any time to unsubscribe. Text HELP for support.
Acceptable Use
Don't use DealBeacon for anything illegal, harmful, or that violates others' rights. Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service. Don't submit automated or bulk requests.
Service Availability
DealBeacon is provided on a best-effort basis. We make no guarantees about uptime, search coverage, or deal frequency. Search source availability and pricing data depend on third-party services outside our control.
Limitation of Liability
DealBeacon is provided “as is.” iPal Media LLC is not liable for deal recommendations, purchasing decisions, price changes, or any damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to $10.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
